jfksdfjl;k To regenerate stats on Windows servers: Open the server via RDP Go to E:\Hostingspaces\internal\awstats.SERVER.arvixe.com\wwwroot\cgi-bin\ in Windows Explorer (replace SERVER with the server name). Open the file UpdateStats.bat in notepad. Search for the domain you want to update. Once you've found it, copy the entire line that contains the domain. Open up CMD. run the command: cd E: run the command: cd HostingSpaces\Internal\awstats.SERVER.arvixe.com\wwwroot\cgi-bin Paste the line you copied earlier and it will regenerate stats. If there is an error, this is why stats isn't updating. ( I have tested only on Shared Account, so dont blame me if you mess it up, lol :P ) - Go into R1Soft(from Rosewill - Backup Server) and restore the files in D:\hMailServer\Data\DOMAIN.COM\USER\ (Replace domain.com with the domain name and user with the first part of the email address. For example, if I wanted to restore victor@arvixe.com I would restore the files in D:\hMailServer\Data\arvixe.com\victor\ ). - To go into D:\hMailServer\Data\DOMAIN.COM\USER\ follow the steps mentioned below: 1) Once your in R1Soft, click on Recovery points. 2) Select the date and click on Browse Files. 3) Double click on D: folder --> hMailServer --> Data and in the search bar on top enter the domain name to make it easier (ex: D:\hMailServer\Data\arvixe.com 4) Check next to the email account(ex: Victor) and click on Restore selected on top and then again click on Restore. 5) Wait for it to complete process. Once the files are restored, you need to sync the restored files with the Hmail database. This can be done with the DataDirectorySynchronizer. Instructions on how to use this are located here: https://staff.arvixe.com/forum/index.php?topic=1321.msg2150#msg2150 The data synchronizer is available in the hmailserver program folder at D:\hMailServer\Addons\DataDirectorySynchronizer Or follow the steps mentioned below: - Once the restore is complete, log into RDP and go to D:\hMailServer\Addons\DataDirectorySynchronizer . - Double click on the DataDirectorySynchronizer file and it might ask for password. - To get the password, search for the server in Rosewill and expand it there is a link called 'general services password' , click that to reveal the password and use that password in data synchronizer. - Click on import, select that domain and that domain only and then start sync. - It takes a long time, don't change anything after that, because sync will stop responding and you'll have to kill the process, so just leave it there, don't even minimize, close any other windows open and disconnect rdp, it'll keep running check in say an hour or 2,depending on how many emails are there, it can take some time. jfjsdf
